This fee supports essential publishing operations, including peer review management, website maintenance, DOI registration, long-term archiving, and open-access dissemination.
Waiver Policy
We are committed to inclusive and equitable access to academic publishing. Authors who face genuine financial constraints may apply for a partial or full waiver, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the editorial office.
